Punishment of the crime

At around 16:40 on August 13, 2014, the Defendant driven Cpoter freight at about 500 meters from the front side of the luminous Sea World World in Busan, which is located in the Cposite, to the front side of the nearby Cpoter real estate, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.096% of alcohol level.
