1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 190 million and KRW 140 million among them, the Defendant shall from November 16, 2015 to December 6, 2019.

1. The Plaintiff agreed to lend a total of KRW 100 million on five occasions from June 27, 2014 to November 15, 2014, and the due date for payment was November 15, 2015, and the interest accrued up to 50 million.

From March 13, 2015 to August 4, 2015, the Plaintiff extended a total of KRW 40 million on six occasions, setting the repayment period as above.

Therefore, as a repayment of loan, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 190 million and the total amount of KRW 140 million, among which the principal is paid, 5% per annum under the Civil Act from November 16, 2015 to the date of delivery of the complaint, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of repayment.
