Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 7,00,000 for a fine of KRW 1,00 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon Branch of the Daejeon District Court in the Seocheon Branch Branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 29, 2015.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person driving B high-class automobiles

On July 5, 2020, at around 01:05, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.190% of blood alcohol concentration, and proceeded to turn to the left at an insular speed by using one lane from the intersection to the E apartment bank from the intersection to the intersection of the 4-lane.
