Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2016, at around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by “Cjun” in the “Cjun” located in Heung City B; (b) on September 30, 2016, the Defendant: (c) expressed that the slope affiliated with the D police box called “a bit of bit of bitch, bit of bitch,” sent the Defendant a speecher to the Defendant; and (d) stated that “A bit of bit of bitch, bit of bitch, bit of bit of bitch, fat of bitch, fat of bitch, and fat of bitch.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
