A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2015, at around 07:50, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in the camb in the Gumina City B, and was asked of the circumstances of the instant case from E by the police officer affiliated with the police box of the old American Police Station, who was dispatched after receiving the 112 report, the Defendant expressed his/her bath to “sing and drinking, if a police officer is a police officer, a police officer who will come to the face of E” and sent his/her face one time by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning police officers' patrol and suppression of crimes.
