Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, along with Defendant B, intended to recruit sex-purchasing women by registering the propy, etc. of sexual traffic women in smartphones, and arrange sexual traffic through hosting with Defendant B. At the request of Defendant A, G intended to engage in I(I(hereinafter “I(hereinafter “I”) of the nationality of Thailand, which is sexual traffic women, and the J(hereinafter “J”). The Defendants, G, and H had contact with the sex purchase by using a string app, and decided I(J) and J to put in the telecom, which is a sexual traffic place, and pay I and J KRW 560,00 out of the amount of sexual traffic once to I and J.

Accordingly, on March 24, 2018, Defendant A registered sexual traffic terms and conditions, “AS 40 minutes - 110,000 won, BS 60 minutes once every time - 130,000 won, 90 minutes every time - 150,000 won, etc.,” along with the procops of the women of the above Thailand, Defendant A agreed to engage in sexual traffic with the non-personal male and female in which he reported it, and Defendant A agreed to engage in sexual intercourse with the above male at the time of Jinju, and the said male was 110,000 won for sexual traffic.

As above, the Defendants conspired with G, etc. from around that time to April 3, 2018, and received 4.10,000 won in total from the name-free males over 30 times, such as the list of crimes in the annexed sheet, and thereby, engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic.
