1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 161,255,05 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from November 13, 2013 to the date of full payment.

On June 26, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the acquisition cost as KRW 181,740,90, and the lease term of 60 months, the lease fee of 3,184,495, and the delayed payment rate of 24% per annum with respect to “maat” and the Defendant delivered the leased article to the Defendant on the same day.

On October 30, 2013, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease agreement on the ground of the Defendant’s delinquency in rent, and the Defendant’s debt amount to be paid to the Plaintiff under the above lease agreement is KRW 161,255,05 as of November 12, 2013.
