Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On June 6, 2016, around 12:30 on the 12:0 of Seo-gu Incheon, the Defendant came to turn to the left at the right-hand of the west-gu west-gu, Incheon.

At the time, the location is an intersection where signal lights are installed, so there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and to safely operate the intersection by complying with the front signal, thereby preventing accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and led the Defendant to the right part of the Defendant’s car, respectively, and the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle for the victim D (Woo, 58 years old) drive E, the top part of the vehicle for the victim F (Woo, 30 years old) driving and the front part of the 140 vehicle for the victim F (Woo, 30 years old) driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim D, such as chills and tensions requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment; injury to the victim F, such as chills and tensions, which require medical treatment for about twenty-two days; injury to the victim F, such as chills and tensions; and injury to the victim H (33 tax) of the said victim F, which requires medical treatment for about twenty-two days.
