Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and the victim C are members of D, and the victim was scheduled to take office as the president of the above D around July 2012.
On November 2010, the Defendant lent 200 million won from a bonds company as security to E as a result of the lending of 200 million won from the bonds company owned by the Defendant to the victim, and the victim merely signed and sealed as a borrower on the loan certificate and notarial deed with the intent of a joint and several surety for the above E’s debt and signed and sealed as a borrower on the above E’s loan certificate and notarial deed with the intent of a joint and several surety for the above debt, notwithstanding the fact that the above debt is not actually borrower, the victim was unable to receive the above debt repayment from the above E, and the victim was willing to send a document to be interpreted as a person with no credit standing that the victim borrowed the money to the president of the said D’s office.
On December 13, 2011, the Defendant introduced the above E and signed and sealed the E’s debt in the column of the borrower on the loan certificate and the Notarial Deed with the intent of the joint and several sureties, and even though there was no actual borrower of the above debt and no prohibition of departure against the victim against the victim, the following president of the next term term “I am thick with the opposite president who still exists” (the victim) using a computer is urgently required for November 200 million won in the business, and only three months in the business and only three months have passed since the loan was borrowed, the Defendant shall not repay the debt to the Defendant more than 30 years after the loan.
