1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 23,00,000 and Defendant B from May 26, 2010 to August 30, 2014.

Indication of claim: A claim for a loan of KRW 23 million from May 25, 2010 to Defendant B under the joint and several sureties of Defendant C on September 30, 2009, computed by the Plaintiff at the respective rates prescribed in the Civil Act and the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from May 26, 2010 on the following day following the due date for repayment of KRW 23 million;
