At around 09:40 on September 18, 2014, the Defendant, at the house of the Defendant located in Sjuju City, sent both horses to the Defendant’s wife D (Inn, 45 years of age). The Defendant assaulted the victim, i.e., the victim’s head head was 2 times on the ground that the victim was unaware of his refusal to do so.
