On November 9, 2015, at around 09:05, the Defendant driven a B SP car from the frontway in the Sungnam-dong-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong without a vehicle driver's license to the frontway in the Sungwon-dong, Sungwon-dong, 4674.
