Punishment of the crime

The Defendants of 2016 Highest 1024 purchased a stolen smartphone from a taxi engineer or an acting driver, and sold it, and shared a method of selling profits and a place of purchasing stolen smartphones, and accordingly, had the intention to acquire stolen smartphones.

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crimes of Defendants A and B, from May 2015 to July 1, 2015, share 44 smartphones with the knowledge of the fact that the Defendants were about 44 smartphones from the ethnoids in front of the Ethart and the Haak-dong in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, as shown in attached Table 1 of the List of Crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendants acquired stolen goods jointly.

2. Defendants B and C jointly acquired a total of 69 smartphones, a stolen, from July 24, 2015 to July 28, 2015, with the knowledge of the purchase of 25 smartphones from their nameless taxi drivers and proxy drivers, while acquiring 69 smartphones, as described in the attached Table 5 to 11.

3. On July 2015, the Defendant acquired 12 smartphones, a stolen object, as described in attached Table 2 through 4, from among the taxi platforms in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with the knowledge of purchasing two smartphones from his nameless taxi drivers and proxy drivers.

4. The Defendant, on August 4, 2015, purchased three smartphones from his nameless taxi drivers and proxy drivers with the knowledge that they are stolen, as shown in attached Table 12, in the street near the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and acquired them.
