1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B’s each point out of the buildings listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 1 of the separate sheet No. 2.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, as the owner of the building listed in the attached Table 1 list (hereinafter “instant building”), requested F, a real estate broker, a spouse of E and a brokerage assistant, to rent the instant building to another person.

B. As of the date of the closing of argument, Defendant B occupied (hereinafter “instant 2nd floor”) the part of the instant 2nd floor (hereinafter “instant 102nd floor”) of the instant building, which was connected in order to each point of subparagraph 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 1 of the attached drawing Nos. 101 and 46.2 square meters (hereinafter “instant 101”); Defendant C is a person who occupied each part of subparagraph 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 1 of the attached drawing Nos. 102 and 35.7 square meters (hereinafter “instant 102”) among the instant buildings (hereinafter “instant 2nd floor”) (hereinafter “the part occupied by the Defendant”).

C. F notified the Plaintiff that the Defendants concluded the following rental agreements with each lessee of the instant building as the Plaintiff.

On October 23, 2013, the lease deposit for the object of the lease on the date of the lessee’s contract, KRW 20 million from November 18, 2013 to November 18, 2015, C, 200,000 won, from March 12, 2015 to March 31, 2015 to March 31, 2017, April 10, 2014, the second floor of this case, KRW 40 million from May 2, 2014 to May 2, 2016.

On the other hand, F prepared and delivered, to the Defendants, the lessor as the Plaintiff, the following contents of the lease agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the lease agreement of this case”).

A lease deposit for the object of lease on the date of lease contract between October 23, 2013 and the date of lease contract between November 18, 2013 and November 17, 2015, where there is no amount of KRW 102 subparagraph 5 and five million on February 12, 2015, the lease deposit for the object of lease on the date of lease contract between March 20, 2015 and March 19, 2017, the two floors of this case as of April 10, 2014, and there is no amount of KRW 140 million on May 2, 2014.
