A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On February 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase Meptop ctop ctop ctop ctop ctop ctop (one ctop ctop; hereinafter “phip ctop”), which is a local mental medicine, from a seller of the smartphone-rating c to a non-bank; and (b) transferred KRW 750,000 to the bank account (Account Number: G) issued by the said non-seller at the point of our bank E located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, around 17:10 on the same day.

On the same day, the Defendant purchased philophones by bringing about KRW 1g of plasticphones posted on the first floor of the house located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government H on the same day by a seller at around 20:45.

2. On February 7, 2018, the Defendant, at around 21:10, administered phiphones by inserting approximately KRW 0.07 g of J apartment 101 and 304, the Defendant’s residence in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, as seen above, into a single-use injection instrument, and dilution with water, and then administering phiphones by infecting them into the brophones.

3. On February 26, 2018, the Defendant transferred KRW 750,00 to an account in the above F’s name from the point E of the above bank to the account without passbook. On the same day, around 18:05 on the same day, the Defendant purchased philophones by bringing about approximately 1g of plasticphones located in the Seoul Yongsan-gu Housing Group.

4. On February 26, 2018, at around 19:10, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately KRW 0.07g of the instant J apartment 101 and 304 into a single-use injection instrument; (b) injected with water; and (c) injected with chophones in a way of injecting it into the sponosis.

5. On March 10, 2018, around 20:49, the Defendant transferred KRW 7.50,000 to an account under the above F’s name from the point E of the above bank to the account without passbook. On the same day, around 22:33 of the same day, the Defendant white paper with a piece of vinyl 1g of plasticphones posted on the house file located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan L.
