A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2011, the Defendant borrowed KRW 56,00,000 for the purchase price of a vehicle from the name of a stock company that he is operating as a representative director in the name of a stock company in the name of a stock company that he is operating as a real representative director in order to purchase BM7 car at the office of Lord Round Co., Ltd., Ltd. located in the Republic of Korea 2979 and 702, the two cities of Gyeonggi-si, Kim Jongpo-si, the Defendant established a mortgage equivalent to KRW 16,80,000 for the said car.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received demand for repayment from creditors due to the Defendant’s bankruptcy in early 2012, and the Defendant transferred the said BMW7 car, which was set up a mortgage at the same time and place as above, to a creditor without any transfer in the name of the obligee, thereby hindering the Defendant’s exercise of rights by concealing one’s own property, which became the object of the right to a loan for asset management, which was the object of LT 300 assets management.
