Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on August 16, 2007, and a fine of one million and five hundred thousand won for the same crime at the Changwon District Court on November 8, 2010.

On February 20, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.140% of blood alcohol concentration on February 20, 2014, and the Defendant driven BK3 automobiles over approximately KRW 500 meters from the roads of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu to the roads front of the Jinwon-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.
