Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The plaintiff was discharged from military service on March 16, 1995 while serving in the Army on March 17, 1994.
B. On September 4, 1994, the Plaintiff applied for registration of a person who has rendered distinguished services to the State on September 9, 2014 (hereinafter “the instant injury”) by applying for the term “a climatic escape certificate (No. 3-4), the climatic nuclear escape certificate (No. 3-4), and the climatic nuclear escape certificate (No. 3-4, and No. 3-5)” on November 9, 2014.
C. On March 26, 2015, the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement presented an opinion that: (a) the injury in the instant case showed symptoms around six months without any special credit to recognize that the symptoms of post-sign escape have occurred rapidly; (b) there has not been confirmed medical opinions on spinal ebrates that recognize that the symptoms of post-sign escape have occurred rapidly due to external wounds; (c) the “progressing of post-signing signboards” is a disease generally known as a emulative disease except in cases where special external wounds occur; and (d) the “progressing of post-signing signboards” is a typical emulative disease and most of daily lives are presented; (b) there is no medical opinion to acknowledge the rapid aggravation of the symptoms of post-sign escape escape; and (c) there has been no medical opinion to determine whether a soldier or policeman was discharged from active service without any special treatment, such as surgery, and thus does not meet the requirements for deliberation and resolution on soldiers and police officers.
Based on this, on April 20, 2015, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of the determination that the Plaintiff was ineligible for a person who rendered distinguished services to the State.
