1. The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Purport of claim

The defendant's rejection disposition against the plaintiff on December 18, 2004 regarding the claim for increase in KRW 359,525,506,710 of the deficit belonging to the business year 2003 is revoked.

2. Purport of appeal

The judgment of the first instance is revoked. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

The reasoning for the court's explanation on this case is that "the rejection disposition of this case by the defendant is illegal, and the defendant is once accepted the correction order of this case and when calculating corporate tax after the business year of 2004 after receiving the correction order of this case, it shall be recognized as losses, losses, and losses, and it shall be permitted only when the reserve funds are not actually accumulated." The defendant's rejection disposition of this case shall be revised to "it is illegal." The defendant's correction to "the defendant's correction disposition of this case" after adding "(amended by Act No. 7114 of Jan. 29, 2004)" to "the Securities and Exchange Act of 13th 2th 2nd 13th 2nd 2nd 2nd 2nd 2nd 13th 2nd 2nd 2004".
