1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:30 on December 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s duties by force for 15 minutes, such as: (b) the Defendant: (c) under the influence of alcohol in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (d) the victim D, who is the business owner, proposed to enter a bath; (c) the Defendant threatened the victim D, who is the business owner, with “I will am out of why I would am out of China; (d) will die; and (e) would prevent other customers, who intend to enter a bath and attempt to enter the bath, from entering the bath, and (e) continued to enter the remaining bath located on the second floor.
