A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court due to the crime of interference with business, etc., and on November 3, 2014, the Defendant was a person without prison labor who had many criminal records, such as interference with business or assault.

1. Interference with business;

A. On November 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 06:00, at “E” restaurant operated by the victim D (n, 67 years of age) in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C; (b) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant: (c) dumpeded the 1 disease in the form of a bad voice, and dumped it into the restaurant; and (d) dumped the disturbance so as to prevent customers from entering the restaurant.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the victim's restaurant by force for about one hour.

B. On November 6, 2014, at around 08:25, the Defendant expressed that “H” operated by the victim G (n, 62 years of age) in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, the Defendant: (a) expressed, under the influence of alcohol, that “I do not do so; (b) I do not want to live in the floor; and (c) carried clothes on the floor, and prevented the Defendant from entering the floor by making customers go against disturbance.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's operation by force for about 15 minutes.

2. At around 07:00 on November 6, 2014, the Defendant, in front of the J Elementary School located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was drunk to the victim K (n, 54 years old), who is engaged in volunteer activities by the student safety guards (hereinafter referred to as the “VA”), and was influenced by the Defendant, with the body of his body of his body “Samin, the same youth, the same dog, and the death and discarded.”

Accordingly, the Defendant threatened the victim.

3. On November 6, 2014, at around 08:45, the Defendant: (a) laid down a drinking spring, she laid down on the face of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Park; (b) on the front of the Dong Burial Station, the Defendant reported the obstruction of business set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1-b, and reported the obstruction of business set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1-b, and (c) the police officer (Nam, 39 years of age) of the Sejong Police Station that called “if she would see why she would fright to fright out the dog”; and (d) laid down the fright.
