Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2015, the Defendant driven a bhum-p vehicle at approximately 2 km from the front of the yellow water distance in the Daegu hydro-gu Flag, which is under the influence of alcohol 0.151% among blood transfusions on July 11, 2015, to the front of the chill road in accordance with the same month and chill.
