A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint criminal conduct with the accused, B and C;

A. On May 6, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) from around 18:00 to 21:00 of the same day, on the ground that the Defendant: (a) from around 18:00 on May 18, 2019 to around 21:0 of the same day, the Defendant took the victim’s head head part by hand, and (b) took the victim’s face part in drinking, elbow, knee, etc., and took the victim’s head part in drinking, kne, etc.; (c) from around 18:0 to around 21:00, the Defendant took part in the victim’s head part; and (d) took part in the knife with the victim’s head part; and (d) took part in the knife with the victim’s hand when taking part in the knife, taking part in the victim’s knif.

B. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint confinement) jointly with the above B and C, from around 18:00 on May 6, 2019 to May 0:0:00 on May 7, 2019.

In the same place as the victim mentioned in the paragraph, the victim detained the victim by preventing the victim from leaving the victim, such as "I will return the cell phone of a chips after deducting the core chips."

2. The defendant's sole criminal conduct: The robbery shall be the defendant A.
