Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:10 on December 6, 2009, the Defendant reported to 112 that the Defendant would receive police assistance in front of the Seo-gu Incheon B apartment guard room.

It is asked whether a slope C and a policeman D were reported as a son's Day, who was called to the site, and he expressed his desire to the assistant police officer and saluted him.
