A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years and six months from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00, at the 6th floor penthouse located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, inflicted an injury on the victim C (24 tax) of the flue-gu living together with the Defendant, such as the flue knife (29.5cm in length, 17.5cm in knife length, knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

For the reason of sentencing under Article 48(1)1 of the Confiscation Criminal Act, the applicable law and the nature of the crime of this case are considerably poor, the victim suffered significant bodily injury due to this case, the defendant agreed to pay medical expenses and the amount of agreement to the victim, and the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant, the first offender, the second offender, reflects the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, etc. shall be determined as per the order.
