1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

On January 29, 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 1,00,000 as repayment for part of the overdue rent, and as a result, it appropriated it for the overdue rent, etc., it was in arrears from May 2014 and from January 2015.

According to the above facts, the lease contract of this case was terminated and terminated, and the defendant delivered each of the above real estate to the plaintiff with the office, room, kitchen, and kitchen facilities on the ground of 49.4m2 connected each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 1, and 49.4m2 of the "A" among the above real estate, and the "B" connected each point of 8, 9, 10, 11, and 8m2 of the same drawings, and the amount calculated at the rate of 50,000 won per month from May 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014, and the water supply fee and the water supply fee from January 1, 2015 to the completion date of delivery of the above real estate.
