All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
1. Examining the reasoning for Defendant A’s appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court’s determination that Defendant A was guilty on the grounds indicated in its reasoning is justifiable. In so determining, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the probative value, or by violating the presumption of innocence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.
2. As to Defendant B’s final appeal, Defendant B did not submit a written reason of final appeal within the period for submission of the written reason of final appeal. The grounds of final appeal are not indicated in the final appeal.
3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
