On April 13, 2017, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven Bussch Rexroth car in the state of approximately 0.102% alcohol concentration in blood from around the sea frequency of the sea located in the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-dong, to the front road of the same filial Dong-dong elementary school.
