A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Habitual fraud Defendant: (a) intentionally caused an accident to a vehicle and drinking-driving vehicle using an out-of-age vehicle, which requires a large repair cost; and (b) acquired insurance proceeds by means of receiving a vehicle repair cost and personal agreement after receiving an accident from an insurance company.

Around 02:50 on November 24, 2009, the Defendant was driving a D's car on the front side of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was moving to the road at the entrance of the aforementioned "C" parking site.

The latter part of the Franchisa car driven by E was shocked with the front part of the Defendant’s driver’s license in front of the other car.

Around that time, the Defendant was hospitalized in a hospital even though he did not have any particular injury due to the above accident, and reported the above traffic accident to the victim lot non-life insurance company and Hyundai Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and received KRW 2,11,000 from the victims under the pretext of agreement, etc.

From the above day to November 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intentionally caused a traffic accident 29 times from the above day to the above day; (b) was hospitalized in a false manner or received hospital treatment despite the occurrence of no injury due to a traffic accident; and (c) filed a false report on the damage of the victim insurance company; and (d) obtained a delivery of a sum of KRW 124,327,320 from the victim insurance companies and the other driver.

2. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, around June 2013, the Defendant received from a person in a name in the vicinity of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and did not apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds.
