Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 202] On August 31, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Chungcheong District Court's Chungcheong Branch, and on December 13, 2010, the same court received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).
1. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant driven C rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license under the influence of alcohol level of 0.073% from the front of the Training Residents’ Self-Center in Chungcheongnam-si to the road located in the same Si and Cheongju-dong from the front of the “Training Residents’ Self-Center,” which is located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, to the front of the “Cheongju-dong,” and without obtaining a driver’s license under the influence of alcohol level of 0.5 km.
2. The Defendant, at a time and at a place specified in paragraph (1), posted his/her name as E in order to avoid the person who was compelled to refrain from driving under the influence of alcohol as seen above by D, the circumstances leading up to the traffic control department of the Chungcheong Police Station, thereby forging the E’s signature without authority to write the “E” on the column for the driver’s signature of the driver himself/herself and the driver’s column of the notice of the result of the influence on drinking driving, and subsequently, presented the report on the driver’s situation statement with a forged private signature and the notice of the result of the influence on drinking driving to the police officer in charge who is aware of the circumstances.
[2015 order 236] On May 20, 2015, the Defendant driven C Lasta car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front road of the Cheongju License Test Station located in the Cheongju-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-dong, to the short-distance road located in the same short-term road at the same time.
