Reasons
1. On February 20, 2016, with the indication of the claim, the Plaintiff paid the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 90 million in total as deposit for the lease deposit, KRW 90 million in total as deposit for the lease deposit, KRW 90 million in total as deposit for the lease deposit, KRW 90 million in total as of March 23, 2016, KRW 90 million in the lease deposit, and KRW 81 million in March 20, 2016, which ends at the expiration of the term of the lease contract for one month prior to the expiration of the term of the lease contract, to the Plaintiff on March 20, 2016.
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
