A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The application for compensation order of this case shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2016, the Defendant reported a marriage advertisement, “C” posted on the “D” bulletin board, which is a living information page by the victim C, and attempted to obtain money and valuables from the victimized party by marriage with a view to resolving a monetary problem under bad credit standing.

On February 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to prepare money by making a credit card loan and tin-line card tin in the victim’s credit card in the card chain store near the Mail-si, Sinsan, to the effect that “I want to go to the same apartment as now, I want to come to be married, I would like to live together with 300 million won, and I would like to live together with a private teaching institute (overshore) with the money.”

However, the defendant did not have any extra instructor, and the same month after the first accident with the victim around February 1, 2016.

3. The mother of the Defendant was nurseed, and the victim was released from the war, and there was no intention to marry with the victim, such as avoiding the phone with the victim.

The defendant deceiving the victim as above and let the victim get a loan of 6.1 million won from the National Card around February 1, 2016 to February 3, 2016, the defendant, like (i) and (ii) 79,147,520 won, using the card loan and the credit card tin tin method over a total of 19 times from around February 1, 2016 to around February 3, 2016; and (ii) made it necessary for the victim to prepare for cash equivalent to 79,147,520 won, such as the card loan and the card tin tin method, and then, within the vehicle of the victim who was parked in the building adjacent to the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Seoul Metropolitan Government Office on February 3, 2016, "the mother must write it to the heart, and if so, it should be trusted each other.

“The defrauded obtained the cash equivalent to the above KRW 79,147,520 from the injured person and acquired the said cash.”
