A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On July 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at the speed of 22:40, the Defendant driven the said car along the two-lane road of the 654 U.S. Mangsan-dong, Mangsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City along the one-lane road from the direction of the U.S. market to the direction of the U.S. mountainous district.
