The defendant shall pay 3,320,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 20, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 5 as a whole, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at a rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 2020 to the day of full payment following the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case as sought by the Plaintiff as to KRW 33,320,000 among the transport charges under the above transport contract as of July 21, 2020. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at a rate of 33,320,000 per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 20, 2020 to the day of full payment.

(2) The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
