Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2017, the Defendant had been sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for one year for fraud in the Suwon District Court Ansan Branch on February 10, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 19, 2017, and is currently in the grace period. On June 21, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Suwon District Court for larceny and became final and conclusive on November 23, 2018.

Criminal facts

1.
