A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court, and on May 26, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the port prison.

1. On February 12, 2018, the thief: (a) around 23:00 on February 12, 2018, at the room located in Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu, where the Defendant works for the Defendant, the victim K placed the victim K on a sofa, with cash 86,000 won; (b) two KB citizen physical cards; and (c) one wall containing one driver’s license.

2. Larceny on February 13, 2018;

On February 13, 2018, from around 00:00 to around 08:38, the Defendant: (a) removed the sum of KRW 600,000,00,000 from the cash withdrawal period managed by the victim’s name in Ulsan-gu L “M MMart”, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), by inserting the KB’s national physical fitness card into the cash withdrawal period and inputting the password into the password, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).

B. From the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim's name in the "O convenience store" located in Ulsan-gu N, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, as described in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) released the sum of KRW 1.2 million on four occasions in total by inserting KB's physical fitness card to the cash withdrawal machine as described in the above paragraph (1) and inputting the password.

The Defendant, as described in the above paragraph (a), was stolen from the cash withdrawal machine, which is managed by the victim’s name in the “P” entertainment room located near the Busan Metropolitan City, Ulsan-dong Hyundai department store, the Defendant, as described in the above paragraph (1), with the Defendant’s withdrawal of KRW 100,000,000 from the cash withdrawal machine to the cash withdrawal machine and to enter the password.

On February 13, 2018, the Defendant indicated in the above paragraph (1) in cash withdrawal machine, managed by the National Bank of Korea, which is located in the “KB Securities” located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Busan-do, around 08:38, around 11:51 on the same day, around 11:52 on the same day, and around 11:53 on the same day.
