A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business with the trade name "C" in Seoul Jung-gu Btel 104, 1012.

The Defendant provided a shower room and shower room in the above business place, employed D as female employees on condition that 80,000 won, out of 1.30,000 won for each customer, and arranged sexual traffic by the said method from April 27, 2015 to June 10, 2015.
