1. The plaintiff's primary claim and the conjunctive claim are all dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 6, 2006, the Plaintiff entered the Army and discharged him from military service on March 31, 2008.

B. On November 29, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) moved the Gun funeral to the place of assembly during the large-scale tactical training in July 2007; (b) went beyond the Gun funeral to the place of assembly; and (c) was unable to cope with the weight of the Gun due to having contacted the ground and received a large shock, and (d) was applied for registration of persons of distinguished service to the State and persons eligible for veteran’s compensation (hereinafter “instant application”). On July 31, 2018, the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement, among the parts of the instant applications filed in the instant case, deemed it a difference in education and training directly related to the security of national defense, etc., and decided that it constitutes the requirements of a soldier or policeman on duty as prescribed by Article 4(1)6 of the Act on the Honorable Treatment of and Support for Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State (hereinafter “Act on the Honorable Treatment of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State”).
