Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On May 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of conflict at the Chuncheon District Court for one year and four months, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 17, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 22:10 on February 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) operated a G ice A7 car owned by the victim D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”) located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “D”); (b) operated a hotel service on the outside of the said hotel and opened a dynamic, which is a dangerous object for the reason that the hotel service was able to be able to be operated, and placed on the outside of the said hotel so that it can be repaired up to the glass; and (c) continuously operated by the Defendant, driving a car at the victim F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “F”), which is owned by the victim H (hereinafter referred to as “H”) who was installed on the front of the said hotel, so that the victim’s 200,606,600 won and approximately 50,000 won and approximately 80,000 won and approximately 5,000,000 won, respectively.

As a result, the Defendant, carrying a dynamic and a motor vehicle, destroyed the victim's property D and H, and at the same time damaged the victim's property.

2. The Defendant: (a) destroyed the property by taking up the car bat, which is owned by the victim J, who was parked at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph; and (b) destroyed that the front portion of the said car would be approximately KRW 2,387,880 for the repair cost on several occasions; and (c) damaged that the front portion of the said car.
