A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The applicant B's application for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On January 6, 2017, the Defendant was released on October 27, 2017, when he/she was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment by night residence intrusion theft, etc. at the District Court, and on October 30, 2017, the parole period was terminated by special amnesty on December 30, 2017.

1. On June 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 03:50 on June 3, 2018, the Victim B, located in the House B, which came into the house of the victim C2, and went into the house through the window, which was opened up with the second floor through the gas pipeline of the building; (b) 1.2 million won in cash, which was located on the wall inside the bank owned by the victim; and (c) stolen it.

2. Around 03:00 on June 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invaded into the victim E’s house located on D1st, which was located on the part of the Government of the Republic of Korea; (b) had a total of KRW 700,000 in cash, and KRW 300,000,000 in cash, which were located in the victim’s inner room, in the victim’s examination color room; and (c) stolen it.

3. On June 20, 2018, at around 03:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a door door in the house F, which was located in the city of Speaker; (b) opened a door door; and (c) opened a door door up to the second floor, which was located in the victim G’s residence, through the outside stairs of the building, and intruded into the door through the window, which was located in the inner bank; and (d) cut down the cash on the floor with a cash of 700,000 won in the market value, which was located in the inner bank.
