A. As to the new construction of 15 households for studio-type multi-household houses owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant new construction”) in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu (hereinafter “instant building”), the following contract was concluded on November 29, 201:

B. 45,00,000 won in the construction contract under the name of the Plaintiff and Defendant KM Comprehensive Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).

B. Defendant B, on behalf of the Defendant Company, entered into the instant contract under the name of the Plaintiff and the Defendant Company, on behalf of the Defendant Company as a technical director or field director.

In addition, the construction implementation statement attached to the contract of this case is divided into the portion of the construction work of the defendant company and the portion of the project owner, and the portion of the project owner includes 17 million won, 5 million won, and 8750,000 won, for the portion of the construction work.

C. On September 7, 2012, the Plaintiff obtained approval for the use of the instant building from the Ulsan-gu office.

From November 30, 201 to October 18, 2012, the Plaintiff paid KRW 578,550,000 to Defendant B as the price for the new construction of this case.

On May 21, 2010, the Plaintiff was governed by the evidence No. 4-6 of May 21, 2012, May 21, 2012.
