1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B’s KRW 10,389,440 as well as 5% per annum from April 2, 2019 to December 6, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 23, 200, the Plaintiff is a corporation that opened and manages the first underground floor, the fourth floor, the area of a place of business 1,220.57 square meters, the area of a store, the area of 10,634,18 square meters, a mutual G superstore (hereinafter “instant superstore”) located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Defendant B 1’s date of acquisition of the ownership of the name store and the date of acquisition of the ownership of the name store from March 10, 2016 from March 10, 20194 to March 23, 1996, sale on August 23, 1996 by the J, who was the owner, for the acquisition of the ownership of the name store, on August 30, 2017, Defendant Dhoho No. 1/2 shares in the inheritance CK from August 30, 2017. B. The Defendants are owners with sectional ownership of Hdong stores of the instant superstore as follows.

On the other hand, the above Hdong building is an aggregate building.

C. Each of the stores owned by the Defendants (hereinafter “each of the stores of this case”) is in arrears with management expenses as shown in the attached Form at the time the Plaintiff’s lawsuit of this case was filed.

On January 28, 2019, before the filing of the instant lawsuit, the Plaintiff sent each of the Defendants a certificate of contents demanding the payment of overdue management fees as follows.

E. On January 30, 2019, the Plaintiff omitted part to Defendant E, and the Plaintiff sent a new proof of contents demanding the payment of overdue management expenses as follows.
