A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 16, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking) at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) in Seoul Northern District Court on June 16, 201, and a fine of nine million won for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on May 29, 2015.

On August 3, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.165% from blood transfusion around 09:51, the Defendant driven a B-Adi vehicle from approximately 500 meters away from the road front of 142-29, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Samsungdong to the road front of 682-21, 50 meters away from the former 500-meter section to the road front of 682-21, 201.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a BAD car without a driver’s license, as described in the preceding paragraph, at the time, location, and without a driver’s license.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, at the time and place of the foregoing paragraph 1, and without mandatory insurance, operated a car B AD as described in paragraph 1.

4. At around 10:30 on August 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on the same drinking as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) arrested himself as a flagrant offender in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, by openly insulting the victim F of the victim, who is the police box affiliated with the police box of Gangnam-gu Police Station D, even though there were several police officers and E providing cleaning services within the said police box on the ground that he/she arrested himself/herself as a flagrant offender; and (c) sexually insultinged the victim F of the victim, who is the police box affiliated with the police box of Gangnam-gu Police Station D.
