A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a single son of the "D" restaurant in Yangsan-si where the victim B (n, 46 years of age) works as an employee, and the relationship between the victim and the victim was about four months since September 2019.

1. 3.
