1. The defendant is based on the sale on August 20, 1994 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.

1. Judgment as to the main claim

(a)as shown in the reasons for the attachment of the claim;

(b) Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

2. As above, as long as we accept the Plaintiff’s claim for ownership transfer registration based on the Plaintiff’s primary purchase and sale against the Defendant, the claim for ownership transfer registration based on the completion of prescriptive acquisition is dismissed as there is no reason to further examine it. It is so decided as per Disposition.
