1. The Plaintiff:
A. 1 Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K are listed in the separate sheet No. 1 among the respective real estates listed in the separate sheet No. 2.
Reasons
Basic Facts
The registration of ownership transfer in the name of the plaintiff due to the omission of claimant (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the real estate in this case"; when an individual real estate is referred to as "the title of the plaintiff," the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the plaintiff was completed on November 29, 1946;
Defendant B, G, H, I, and deceased W (Death on December 13, 201), which is the heir of the networkV, filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff on April 13, 201, asserting that the registration of transfer of ownership in the Plaintiff’s name was forged and forged, and that the registration of transfer of ownership in the Plaintiff was sought for the cancellation of the registration of transfer of ownership in the Plaintiff’s name.
(Y) On January 18, 2012, at the time of the Plaintiff’s representative, Y was present at the third pleading date of the instant case, and all of the above claims were accepted, and accordingly, a protocol of recognition and recognition was prepared.

Defendant B, G, H, I, J, K, K and network W, which is the heir of the networkV, completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on the division of property on October 23, 1974 with respect to the shares recorded in the relevant “shares” listed in the separate sheet No. 2 of the instant real estate on June 29, 2012.
(hereinafter “Registration of Transfer of Ownership in the Name of Inheritors”). Of the shares in Defendant B in the name of Defendant B, the number of shares in Defendant B, 684/2,142 in the name of Defendant B on July 12, 2012, the number of shares in Defendant L is KRW 37094, the number of shares in which Defendant L was received from the Suwon District Court as to KRW 16.56/2,142, and ② Defendant M is the share of KRW 43.53/2,14
