1. The Plaintiff:
A. In the case of Defendant School Foundation: 24,206,012 won and its corresponding amount from July 12, 2016 to September 2016, respectively.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (1) The Defendant Boan-gun’s status as the party to the instant festival is as follows: (a) Defendant Boan-gun’s progress for three days from May 4, 2012 to May 6, 2012 (hereinafter “instant festival”).
2) The Committee on the Promotion of the So-called “instant Committee” (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Committee”)
(1) The instant festival is the manager of the instant festival and the open communications of a limited company (hereinafter referred to as “heat communications”).
