1. As to the Plaintiff’s share of 5,972.96/6,177 square meters in 6,177 square meters in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun:

A. Defendant B is Daejeon District Court.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On August 16, 1996, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on August 16, 1996 with respect to the land size of 6,177 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). On June 19, 198, G transferred the ownership of the instant land (the shares in the same site) to G (the shares in this case were transferred to the Plaintiff via H) and owned the remainder of 5,972.96/96/6,177 shares (the shares in this case were transferred to the Plaintiff).

B. The National Assembly members of the High Village Agricultural Center newly built three I apartment units on the ground of the instant land (hereinafter “instant apartment”). On March 13, 1998, the National Assembly members of the High Village Agricultural Center completed registration of the preservation of ownership only with respect to the portion of exclusive ownership of the said apartment units and did not register the right to site.

C. The commencement of the voluntary auction and the transfer of ownership of the instant apartment section for exclusive use, while the voluntary auction was initiated by the Daejeon District Court Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court on the entire apartment of this case. At the time of appraisal, the Plaintiff’s share in the section for exclusive use and the land was assessed as a joint ownership at the time of appraisal. The Plaintiff was awarded a successful bid on the said apartment section for exclusive use under 103 Dong 308, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 18, 2005 on the ground of the sale by the voluntary auction on April 12, 2005. The ownership of the pertinent auction case was transferred from April 2005 to May 206 to the successful bidder of the relevant auction case.

The detailed status of ownership transfer to the final owner through the transfer of ownership to the successful bidder with respect to the section for exclusive use of the apartment of this case and the subsequent sale of the apartment of this case shall be as specified in the attached Form.

E. This case on the register for the establishment of a mortgage of Defendant B, C, D, or E.
