1. With respect to shares 0.406/400 of each of the respective immovables listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 45463.4

Basic Facts

A. The Plaintiffs are the owners of the divided buildings indicated in the “registration details” column of the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “each of the instant divided buildings”) among the above ground HT apartments, such as Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government HP, H Q, HR, and HS. The Plaintiffs are the owners of the divided buildings, donations, and inheritances.

2) The Defendants are the owners of the past subdivisions of each sectional building listed in the foregoing paragraph, or their successors or successors.

B. Each of the instant partitioned buildings and the instant land registration relationship, etc. 1) HU Co., Ltd.
