1. Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, and H jointly are the Plaintiff (Appointed Party).
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) A) Defendant B: (a) established a company and provided its executives and employees with education on solicitation of real estate buyers owned by the company; (b) established and operated L Co., Ltd. around 2010; (c) established and operated L Co., Ltd. around 201; (d) around February 201, Defendant E-ro; and (e) around February 2015, Defendant G-ro and around June 1, 2015; and (e) comprehensively controlled real estate planning, company operation, and finance by changing each name to Defendant H; (b) around April 1, 2010; (c) around April 1, 2010, Defendant C took overall control of the operation, education, real estate sales, and customer customer instructions of the above company; and (d) Defendant D’s overall management of real estate and customer instructions pursuant to Defendant B’s instructions.
3. Meanwhile, Defendant I is a corporation established by Defendant C for the purpose of real estate development business, real estate sale business, etc. on May 11, 2016, and Defendant J is the husband of Defendant C and the auditor of Defendant I.
B. Defendant B, who committed a tort against the Plaintiff, etc., purchased real estate at a low price as owned by the Defendant Company, and continued to sell the real estate in a non-sponsed way by dividing it into two parts.
Upon the occurrence of the problem of the above business method, Defendant F, a implementing company, purchased real estate in the name of Defendant G, and then decided to sell an apartment directly to the real estate, and the investors who purchased part of the business site, who advertised as if they participated in the members of the prop-joint association and promote the sale of the real estate as if they were members of the prop-joint association, are willing to recruit investors in the way of paying the amount equivalent to the purchase price of the land as profits, and recruit and education of employees and investors accordingly.
